Mixed Turquoise And Blue/Purple Crater Glazed Marquesan- US Shipping Included

Happy holidays everyone!

Up for sale is a beautiful Marquesan mug with a mixed turquoise crater glaze that has a separate patch of the blue/purple crater glaze over the right eye area.

Maybe it looks like it's from outer space, maybe it looks like it's from the bottom of the ocean, but it definitely doesn't look like it's from the land.

While this piece of art is fully functional as a mug, the crater glaze is VERY delicate, so personally, I would only use it as a decorative piece. There are some mildly sharp edges and the glaze is susceptible to flaking, so I would not play with or push on the crater like areas, and definitely wouldn't put it in the dishwasher or let the kids play with it.
