Up for sale is one of my new designs that I call, “The Cosmic Creator.”
If you’re familiar with my “TEO” (Third Eyedol Orator) or “FertiliTEO” mugs, this is an evolution of those, which combine PNG, fertility, Enchchanted Tiki Room whimsy, with some spiritual and psychedelic elements.
The shape of the head represents the sun, while the round form of the extended hands represent the moon, and the outer orbit with the circles and dots in the middle, represent the stars and planets.
The eyes of the main figure appear to be rolled back in his head, as he may be on a spiritual journey or having a euphoric orgasm.
Below, the penis is in the form of a PNG suspension hook and doubles as a mask, with the balls being it’s eyes and a third eye (pineal gland), which is also the belly button of the main figure.
Each of these were thrown on the potter’s wheel, altered by pushing out from the inside and pinching the edges, then hand carved without the use of any stencils, making each one unique.
The beads are also made of the same stoneware and are hand rolled and carved.
